Your new role
As the Retail Accountant you will be reporting to the Head of Business, and working closely with the Group's Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and administration function. As Retailer Accountant you will continually drive improvement and manage the performance of the business. Inspiring your team around you to deliver exceptional service. Ensuring financial control and maximising working capital is key and you will have an up to date understanding and knowledge of all financial matters including VAT and taxation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified. Experience in a Senior Finance position, extensive knowledge of the automotive sector would be beneficial. You will have a passion for continuous improvement and want to work in a fast paced environment where you can actually make a difference. Have superb attention to detail making sure all accounts are submitted on time. High level communication skills. Experience with systems (Kerridge would be a bonus) and good relationship building skills.
