Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the production of the month end management accounts.
• Month end receivable and payable reconciliations.
• Managing company credit card expenses.
• Managing employee expenses.
• Processing all bank transactions.
• EC sales list and intrastat submissions.
• Supplier payment runs.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Producing reconciliation reports.
• Production of management information as requested.
• Collect, review and provide payroll information.

Profile

Successful Candidate:

• Attention to detail and accuracy skills.

• Excellent Excel skills - vlookups & formulas.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
