Senior Finance Manager A well-known international property development company based in City, London is looking for a Chinese and English speaking Senior Finance Manager to help the company's business growing up. The main responsibilities for this role: Supporting CFO to manage the daily work of the finance team; Working closely to CFO in participating in the formulation of the company business with a long-term, strategic business plans; Assessing the implications for the organisation financial mechanisms and overseeing their implementation; Planning external and internal audit programmes, Arranging for the collection and analysis of accounting, budgetary and other related information; Managing the company's financial systems; Determining staffing levels appropriate for accounting activities; Assessing and advising on factors affecting the company's business performance; Managing the communication with our finance team at HQ in China daily; Directly report to CFO and CEO of the company. The successful applicant should: Be fully qualified in ACCA and partly qualified in CFA at least; Have financial work experiences in UK and China, especially be able to confidently communicate with the finance team in the HQ in China; Be better to understand both UK and China Financial system; Be an effective team player; Be capable to communicate clear and concise instructions; Speaking English and Mandarin (Chinese).
