ROLE: Associate Client Director JOB TYPE: Permanent COMPANY TYPE: Insurance HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (1 hour for lunch)

SALARY:

ROLE SUMMARY Senior account management and direction. Proactive accountability for all aspects of day-to-day service, quality and standards, stakeholder relationships, consultancy, problem solving & risk mitigation, commercial profitability and growth, for assigned clients. Summary: Proactively accountable for the whole service and relationship for assigned clients, including the quality of all work provided by company Communication and client satisfaction. Working with Client Directors, Group Account Director and Director of Consulting to provide senior stakeholder management, consultancy and challenge; including facilitating senior stakeholder meetings, workshops, video conferences and calls. Constant collaboration with internal colleagues and subject-matter experts to provide the highest standard of service, ensuring the full scope of our expertise are represented and all opportunities are explored. Understand client needs and business goals and proactively providing suitable solutions in support of their attainment. Development and implementation of overarching communication strategy. Project and campaign planning and oversight, ensuring alignment to overarching strategy. Project-specific accountability and quality (including complex copy accuracy). Supporting communication ROI - measurement, learnings, analytics and insights. Commercial client profitability, recoverability and growth. Supporting Lead Consultants in accurate and timely financial management. Client & internal problem solving and risk mitigation, with support from Client Directors, Group Account Director and Director of Consulting. Industry awareness, knowledge and technical understanding. Contributing to proposals and on-boarding new business. Company collaboration, events and cross-solving. Core day-to-day responsibilities will include: Collaborate with all required internal colleagues and subject-matter experts to develop and implement effective communication strategies, plans, campaigns and projects based on a clear understanding of client needs, communication objectives and business goals. Maintain overarching accountability for projects and campaigns, ensuring alignment to overarching strategy. Measure the effectiveness of communication and refine future strategy and plans as required. Plan and lead senior client meetings, video conferences and calls, stakeholder workshops, focus groups and interviews where required. Analyse outcomes and provide strategic recommendations and tactical advice. Identify opportunities to provide consultancy and advice on communication best practice to challenge and influence clients' thinking. Work with Client Directors, the Group Account Director and Director of Consulting to proactively engage clients with considerations and initiatives relevant to their communication and business challenges, advising clients on suitable solutions and communication best practice. Qualifications: Degree in a relevant field (i.e. communications, media, marketing, public relations) and/or professional qualification in a relevant field desirable. Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience working in internal communication or related field. Consultancy or agency background strongly desired. Demonstrable track record of working directly with senior stakeholders, including Board level executives. Skills and knowledge: Excellent organisational, coordination, project and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent knowledge of communication best practice, with specific understanding of the role of internal communication and employee engagement in business. Good presentation, influencing and networking skills. Good commercial understanding and financial management.
