Commercial Finance Business Partner, Watford £60K - £65K bonus benefits Our client is an outstanding market leader with a fantastic presence across the UK. Working within the Commercial Finance function, they are looking to add an ambitious and dynamic Finance Business Partner to this high performing team. Building strong relationships with various departments, this is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to play a pivotal role within a large, forward-thinking organisation. Key responsibilities include: Partner effectively with Leadership teams and Managers to provide valuable insights and support Provide clear and strategic support towards achieving business and financial targets Support the budgeting and forecasting of new financials Provide clear and robust ad-hoc analysis to senior stakeholders Support the delivery of a 5-year plan, budget and re-forecast of operating costs Deliver timely and concise monthly and annual reporting Challenge and influence senior stakeholders Improve current processes and procedures Ad-hoc projects as required The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with an impressive academic record to date. You will have at least 2 years post-qualified experience performing a similar commercially focused role, ideally within the FMCG industry. You must be results driven and a strong business partner, having collaborated across a variety of teams outside of finance and be confident challenging senior stakeholders.
