Our client is a globally renowned Data & FinTech orgaisation, who are going through an exciting period of change and currently seek a highly commercial Finance Manager to drive the decision support function through the business unit. The commercial Finance Manager will manage Decision Support activities for a major business unit, reporting to the Snr Director of Finance - FP&A. This role will manage, monitor and report on key performance metrics across the organization, including coordinating forecasts, monthly reporting and other standard process across the wider business finance group. Interaction with the business unit Leadership, finance team, the FP&A finance team and other groups such as Accounting Operations & Corporate FP&A will be an important aspect of the role. The successful candidate must have proven track record of working in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate the ability to work on several projects/deliverables at the same time.

Responsibilities:
Gather and prepare financial information and other data for senior management; including providing recommendations and suggesting alternative actions through insight Review financial assumptions and estimates to ensure they are reasonable and accurate and aligned to the business unit strategy Work closely with the Snr Director of Finance - FP&A to develop process, analytics and monitoring dashboards Manage the Consolidation and Coordination of the TSA/rTSA activity for the business unit to ensure that we highlight any risks or opportunities of stranded costs relating to the F&R divestiture Consolidation of the 1x Investments required to support the new TR post F&R divesture Investment tracking for cost savings initiatives Manage overall TR capital and depreciation forecasting Act as key partner between CoE and Decision Support for Master Data Management Develop solid relationships with all areas of the business and demonstrate an ability to be an effective partner (both to the finance team as well as to Corporate FP&A). Partner with wider finance groups to ensure that accurate and timely deliverables are achieved Support monthly performance/quarterly presentations for ExComm and Corporate Support M&A activity Drive process improvements through identifying and leveraging best practices across the organization Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis when necessary To be considered for this excellent career opportunity as a commercial Finance Manager, you will be an ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified accountant with at least a few years post-qualified experience in industry - either from a Practice training or Industry. You will have gained extensive experience in Performance Management / Decision Support roles from large, complex international businesses and ideally have strong experience of Cost focused business partnering. You will be proactive, very organized, ability to multi task, managing time and competing priorities in a dynamic environment with excellent communication and people skills; Ability to openly and confidently converse with senior management and influence all areas of the business.
