Our client, a large property business, requires a credit controller to join their team on an initial 6 month basis with a view to a potential permanent role. The responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to: Chasing outstanding debt from commercial and residential tenants Using phone, email and legal letters to chase outstanding rent and service charges Allocating payments when received Ad hoc process improvement The successful candidate will: Have at least 1-2 years credit control experience Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment Property experience would be an added bonus
