An excellent opportunity has recently arisen at a top tier bank based in London for an Equity Finance Analyst who has good working knowledge of the Equity Finance products with an understanding of both front office and back office perspectives. The ideal candidate will have experiance in ensuring that settlements are smooth and efficient and that all exposures is managed effectively. You will be required to manage, cash payments, daily reconciliations, manage billings and deal with all collateral and settlement requirements ensure all settlements are dealt with in a timely manner. This role involves dealing with high volumes and so the ideal candidate will need excellent organisational skills and previous experience working with other departments on settlement issues, clear communication with the trading desk and other areas within the organisation key. The client is looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running and so Equity Finance product knowledge and is essential. Knowledge of Global One and SWIFT is also essential for the candidate to come in and tackle the day to day. It would be desirable to have an understand of cash products and management.
