A reputable media agency who are part of the world's largest media and advertising group based in central London is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Manager to join their fast pace finance division. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring smooth day to day running of the accounts payable function. Duties will include: manage and organise a team of six, interrogate AP processes and ensure process improvement and change, SOX compliance, ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time, review aged creditor reports, authorize payments, build solid relationships with all stakeholders, ensure open entries are closed promptly and work closely with the management accounts team. Ideally this candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years' of experience working in accounts payable. Candidates must have strong knowledge of debits and credits and good organisation skills with the ability to identify and solve problems. Ideally you will have good supervisory/ managerial skills and strong Excel skills are essential.
