The main responsibilities are as follows: To have full responsibility for the creation of month-end reports, responding to any queries that may be had throughout the organisation. Play a key role in the creation of annual budgets, forecasts and multi-year plans, supporting managers in this vital work. To take charge of liaising with budget holders throughout the organisation, discussing the budgets with them to ensure these are adhered to. To take the lead in any ad hoc projects that may be put to the team throughout the year. The successful candidate will: Be a part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, etc.) Have previous experience of working in accountancy and the ambition to build a career in a Finance Business Partner role. Be an excellent communicator, in order to maintain good relationships with senior finance and non-finance staff.
