Finance Manager, Canary Wharf, London, £350 Daily Finance Manager in London with 7 years post qualified experience within Financial Management. this individual will report directly into the Finance Director for our client who is the world's leading business partner for managed Banking & Travel. Finance Manager: Specific responsibilities Build a working relationship with the Banks Finance Sadler leadership team, ensuring all financial reporting is timely and accurate Take ownership of the balance sheet and cash flow reporting Develop and improve the Finance governance and controls environment across all payment and collection processes, complying with relevant supplier and client terms Support the implementation of cash-flow improvement initiatives envelop and improve cash flow forecasting to understand cash conversion within the business finance and any associated funding requirements Develop and manage the existing Banks Sadler Finance team, incorporating the use of KPI's to ensure the efficiency of the teams and processes are monitored Establish a clear Finance organisation structure to ensure each area of the business is appropriately supported Requirements: Qualifications / Experience: Ability to communicate at all levels of the business Enthusiastic, proactive, and process orientated A strong grasp of controls Degree and/or qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA with 7 years PQE in Financial Management Broad understanding of accounting principles and accounting concepts Demonstrated aptitude to consult & diagnose issues, problem solve and implement plans to drive solutions Previous business process re engineering / change management experience Previous Shared Service Centre management experience an advantage
