Accounts Assistant Bristol FTC 1 year - Up to £24,000 Juice Recruitment is delighted to offer this superb opportunity working within a successful dealership which is seeking to appoint a well organised and self-motivated Accounts Assistant, to join their friendly, close knit team. Within this varied role you will be directly responsible for managing sales the ledger, processing invoices and expenses, following up with debtors as well as additional ad hoc administrative duties as and when required. Main duties to include
• Processing incoming payments and accounts
• Performing financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording.
• Preparing deposit slips for banking
• Ensure that all payments are accounted for.
• Verification of supplier accounts
• Resolving discrepancies and reconciling purchase ledger recorded information
• Generating financial statements and reports
• Maintaining records by correctly storing e-invoices
• Scanning and filing hard copy documents
• Management of petty cash
• Keep up to date with job knowledge We are seeking an individual with experience of working within a similar accounts role and who has a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping, with direct experience of working with spreadsheets and related software. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry and word processing skills, is well organised and able to work accurately with high attention to detail.
