Interim Accounts Payable Supervisor Our client requires an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Supervisor to start immediately. The role would suit an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor or an experienced Accounts Payable Officer ready for the next step. You will be supporting the finance team at one of the UK's leading Housing Associations. Duties: Processing invoices using scanning systems Match, batch and coding invoices Set up new suppliers on the system Handle supplier queries both over the phone and via email Supplier statement reconciliations Supervising the work of the Accounts Payable Officers Desirable: Oracle experience Housing or Charity sector experience Experience working within a large finance team Excel skills (including v-lookups and pivot tables) Good written and verbal communication skills This position is to start immediately so please send your details through as soon as possible to be considered
