Sole Charge- IBA Accountant- £35,000-£45,000

This family run insurance Broker based in NW4 has been running from over 50 years. Run by two brothers this business has a real family feel which is obvious from the low turnover rate they experience. The company have doubled in the past 4 years and now have over 30 staff in the business.

They are now looking to bring the broker finances in house and are looking for an experienced BA Accountant to do this.

Your new role
This role will be a sole charge finance role where the person will be assisting with all aspects of the business and so Insurance sector experience is a must. Typical duties include:

• Credit control
• Allocating cash
• Bank reconciliations
• Settling insurer statements
• Collecting premiums
• Reconciling insurer statements

• Any experience with monthly forecasting and budgeting would be welcomed, if the candidate has this experience

What you'll need to succeed
Ultimately this company are looking for someone who is going to help drive the business forward and remain loyal to the company. You will need to have 10 years+ experience within an insurance specific finance role and will have experience performing the duties listed above and have a commercial edge.
