I am working with a not for profit organisation who work on an international basis to improve the safety of people's lives around the world. The role is based in London and I am looking for an interim Accounts Payable Officer to join their team for an initial period 4 weeks with the high possibility of it being extended. As the interim Finance Officer, reporting into the Finance Manager you will: Take ownership in processing all transactions for one of the international offices. Be the point of contact and liaise with the partners from the international office to ensure all transactions are correct and payments are processed on time. Be solely in charge of carrying out bank reconciliations of the international office bank account. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit team and gain experience working within an international not for profit organisation. To be considered for this role you must have experience using SUN Finance System and be able to hit the ground running with no training. You will have a proven track record in a similar role within a busy finance environment and work efficiently on your own initiative. Excellent analytical and numerical skills is vital for this role, along with an organised and methodical approach. The successful candidate must have substantial experience in accounts payable to ensure a high volume of invoices is processed efficiently.
