Accounts Assistant £24000 - 6 month fixed term contract - 30 hours per week Randstad are currently working closely with a reputable SME in Welwyn Garden City who require an Accounts Assistant to cover a 6 month fixed term contract to assist with the day to day updating of company financial records. Working within a small, close knit department, the Accounts Assistant will work on Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Cash Book. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Processing of invoices and credit notes Monitor company debt and agree credit limits Resolve invoice queries Download bank statements Allocate cash Bank reconciliations Credit card payments Day to day banking Purchase ledger PERSON SPECIFICATION: Confident and proficient with Excel and finance systems Experience working within Sales and Purchase Ledger Excellent communicator and a hard worker This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join an excellent company within the heart of Welwyn Garden City.
