An opportunity has arisen for a Financial Admin Assistant in our Finance department based at our Waltham Cross Distribution Centre. This job would suit someone with experience of working with data processing and cash allocation. A strong track record in chasing overdue accounts with exposure to all aspects of credit control in a fast moving, high volume business environment. The job role is to ensure customers' accounts accurately set up and a stringent housekeeping practices are in place. To be accountable for processing all customer payments and to ensure they are allocated correctly and on a timely basis. Financial Administration Assistant

Responsibilities:
Assist with the processing of opening new accounts To ensure accurate recording of data onto RCS database Assist with training within the Data Control Team Work collaboratively with other department within the business Deal with complex payments and unravel customer remittances Address day to day issues, escalating matters of concerns to the Data Control Supervisor Developing good working relationships with colleagues throughout the business in order to work effectively Financial Administration Assistant Requirements: Minimum 6 months experience working within a similar role Excellent verbal, written and listening skills Computer literate including Excel to intermediate level Numerate, accurate and meticulous Ability to liaise at all levels with confidence Sound administrational skills with the ability to prioritise Displaying enthusiasm when required to work as part of a team.
