Credit Control Administrator Vacancy Reference: 6812700 Hourly rate: £11 - £13 per hour Length of Contract: 3 months (temporary to permanent) A position has arisen for a Credit Control Administrator within a University in London. The client is looking for a dynamic out-going individual with the ability to support the credit control activities through the daily administration of debt recovery procedures. Your duties will include: Act as a first point of contact for prompt query resolution in relation to debtor accounts Actively chase debt by liaising over the phone and by conducting face to face interviews Liaise with the Student Loans Company (SLC) with regards to student tuition fee contribution queries Ensure accurate financial records in relation to billing, exemptions and payments Actively participate in the enrolment process across campus To maintain communication records to support credit control activities ensuring compliance with the organisation's standards Candidate profile: Experience working within a finance department (Desirable) OR working in customer service within a Higher Education institute (Desirable) Have excellent communication skills Be at least degree educated or equivalent Have experience or interest in working in the Higher Education environment (Essential) If you are interested in this position or would like to find out more about similar roles please contact Louis Pearson or Alethea Platt on 020 7557 7667 and email your updated CV to Venn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates.
