Page Personnel are pleased to be working with a growing FMCG business based in Selby in recruiting for a Finance Manager to join their established finance team.

Client Details

This private equity backed business continues to see year on year growth which has resulted in the need to recruit a Finance Manager to work closely with the Financial Controller and oversee a team of four within Accounts. The role will appeal to someone with a background in Management Accounts and someone that has managed a team previously.

Description

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining an efficient and accurate finance function within the business.

The successful candidates duties will include but are not limited to: Managing a small transactional finance team consisting of four people, preparation of monthly management accounts, ownership of the Board Pack reporting function, balance sheet reconciliations, cashflow forecasting, preparation of monthly VAT returns, and maintenance of the fixed asset register.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Be actively studying towards ACCA/CIMA
  • Have worked in a management accounts role previously
  • Have previously managed a team
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have strong Excel skills

Job Offer

A salary Paying up to £35,000 + full ACCA/CIMA study support + private health cash plan + company pension scheme + life assurance + quarterly bonus scheme + onsite parking.
