Your new company
Your new company is a small, but growing luxury concierge business based in London Victoria. Having been established for a while, they have recently been taken over by new ownership - which has seen them grow YoY for the last 5 years.
Your new role
This will be the business' first Qualified finance hire, though they have had an internal accountant for some time now, as well as external accountants. This role will act very much as an adviser the Owner/CEO and the COO, ensuring the business is well equipped to continue the growth they have seen recently.
This business is investing heavily in a new CRM platform, and you will likely be involved in the review and implementation of a new financial system (they currently operate Sage 50). Further, you will be tasked with making sense of the MI that is currently available, and putting it into a usable format for the C-Suite to be able to utilise effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Experience in the Travel, Events or Luxury Concierge sector
- Broad, all-round experience
- Time spent working in an SME environment
- TOMS Reporting experience would be a bonus
