Your new company

Your new company is a Scale-Up Tech business based in Paddington, operating in the Video and VisTech sector. Set up around 10 years ago, and backed by some of the biggest names in Tech, Defence & Security and Telecoms - they have seen some great levels of growth in recent years and are hopeful this will continue in the years to come.

This Finance Manager role has come about due to a relocation, and so they are looking for someone who can start within a month or so, and step straight into this role.


Your new role

Your new role as Finance Manager, will be broad and all-encompassing, and would suit someone who is keen to get their sleeves rolled-up and not be too afraid to get stuck in to the detail when needed. Reporting directly into the consultant CFO, and managing a team of 3 non-Qualified accountants, you will have a lot of responsibility on you from day one, and the right candidate will not be phased by this prospect.

The business reports under IFRS and you will be responsible for putting these reports together, as well as business partnering around the business with non-finance on their KPIs, showing the diversity that this role will offer to the successful candidate.


What you'll need to succeed

• Fully Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Experience working in an SME environment, ideally in the Tech sector
• Experience reporting under IFRS
• Available on 6 weeks or less notice
