Head of Shared Services based in Birmingham City Centre

Your new company
We are currently recruiting a Head of Shared Services for a large professional services business based in Birmingham City Centre.

Your new role
As Head of the Finance Shared Services you will lead a team of circa 50 heads across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Data, Cashiering and Treasury. In this role you will be constantly looking to improve and refine processes to enable greater efficiency across the SSC. You will support the Finance Director in ensuring teams are reviewing, implementing and following best practice in all operations.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be a qualified accountant with proven experience in leading teams within a Shared Services environment, You will have a strong mindset of process improvement and experience of client monies accounting would be advantageous.
