Accounts Assistant Mildenhall £11 per hour This company, a market leader in their field, are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. As one of the leading specialists in their field, they are looking for someone to maintain the Sales and Purchase Ledgers along with Credit Control for all companies within the group. You will be responsible for: Producing credit packs for all new customers to include: Completion of account opening forms Seeking agreement of trading terms Scheduling review of credit limits for approval Raising invoices and credit notes Allocating cash upon receipt Credit Control Regularly issue managers with job actual to budget variance reports Maintaining the Subcontract Ledger Recording of subcontract orders and certificates on to the finance package by job and pack number Ensure accurate and timely payments Dealing with subcontract payment queries Control and administration of the CIS system including submission of monthly returns Processing incoming invoices Ensuring invoices are authorised for payments and dealing with payment runs Processing of all employee expense claims, ensuring authorisation, accounts processing and payments To be successful in your application, you will have previous relevant experience to include Sales Ledger, CIS and subcontractor payments experience and be immediately available for work. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm. This role will suit candidates currently working as Accounts Assistants, Credit Controllers, Sales Ledger Clerks, or Bookkeepers.
