Credit Controller £25k Extremely successful and well know digital property business based near Tower Bridge is looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join their team The role will be part of a growing finance team that will evolve over the coming years as the group expands and comes with opportunities to develop and be exposed to other areas of the finance team in the future. Reporting to the Credit Control Supervisor, the Credit Controller will be responsible for providing a robust credit control service for Property Services companies. This is a key role and will require interaction with customers, other Finance team members and customer service teams. Key Responsibilities Daily collection activities and maintenance of the sales ledger/s Point of contact for all internal and external billing queries Liaise with all members of the sales team to resolve customer queries Daily receipting activities Processing monthly billing Assisting in managing the inbound queries through the ticket queue Chasing outstanding & overdue debt Working pro-actively to ensure accounts do not become overdue All written communication and processes actioned to agreed timescales Meet targets set Taking payments by debit or credit card Reconciling customer accounts Raising credit notes Assist with administration tasks and any ad-hoc tasks that are required Skills required: Essential: Previous Credit Control experience Excellent communication skills via telephone and in writing Good level of numeracy Excellent customer service Strong attention to detail Proven ability to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines Ability to work under pressure Team player with good interpersonal skills Work on own initiative Available immediately or on short notice Company Benefits: 25 days holiday Birthday off In Office Gym Performance bonus Medical/Life assurance Home improvement and help to buy loans Discounted gym membership Coffee card Free lunch once a week Advertised by Office Angels, London Bridge Branch Please note that due to the high volume of response Office Angels receive; only successful candidates will be contacted.
