A highly confident and organised Credit Controller is required to joinour client who are in the Media and Events sector on a temporary basis. Based in Central London, you will need to have a hands-on approach and have the natural ability to maintain customer relationships. If that sounds like you and you want to start immediately, apply today Duties will include: Chase clients via email and phone on all overdue balances Meet cash & debtor day targets set by the Group Aged Debt Recovery Cash Allocations Write off of unrecoverable funds Build strong relationships internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of targets What you'll need: At least 2 year's previous experience of credit collections from blue chip clients within a global business environment Ability to effectively process and manage a large number of debts with a range of clients To be target driven and strive for perfection Excellent communication (both written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport and communicate at all levels To be a real team player, with personality, empathy and the drive to succeed, exceptional organisational skills and excellent attention to detail are crucial for this role The ability to juggle and keep control of a number of tasks and remain calm whilst under pressure to deadlines If you're immediately available APPLY NOW Due to the large numbers of responses we receive, despite our best efforts it is not possible to respond to every application.
