Part-time Purchase Ledger Assistant, Hitchin £25,000 pro rata Our client is looking to recruit a part-time purchase ledger assistant to join their close knit team in Hitchin. Responsibilities will include: Cross checking invoices prior to posting Processing and posting of invoices Resolving queries effectively and efficiently Preparing payment runs Using Sage currently although the company will be moving over to Xero in the near future (full training will be given) Filing and archiving Adhoc administrative duties. It is essential that you are team player with excellent communication skills and are PC literate.
