My client are a fashion company operating in 38 markets globally and have well known retail clients including Debenhams, House of Fraser, Arcadia and many more. Their offices are out of this world with a supportive and inspiring vibe right in the heart of Shoreditch, London. The team has 3 credit controllers reporting into a team leader (accountancy).

Description

The key responsibilities for this Credit Controller (Retail) role are:

• Chasing debt via phone and email
• Resolving queries
• Working on a ledger with 150 accounts (accountancy)
• Processing and challenging debit notes with the relevant teams
• Following up on unpaid invoices
• Building relationships with your customer base
• Credit checking and over credit limit reports
• Sending out statements
• Completing daily cash rota

Profile

The successful Credit Controller (Retail) will:

• 1 year experience minimum in a Credit Control (Retail) role
• Ability to commute to Shoreditch, London
• Have a passion for retail
• SAP and strong excel skills
• Previous accountancy experience

Job Offer

The company are happy to offer up to £30,000 depending on experience for the Credit Controller (Retail). They have a strong benefits package which include:
