You will be working in a high volume transactional department and will be liaising with both external clients and customers, therefore excellent communication and organisational skills are paramount for the role. Key Focus: To be responsible for the debt collection of a cash ledger. To manage disputed accounts and negotiate payment back to agreed terms. Maintain precise records / actions of the overdue accounts for monthly meetings. Assess the credit worthiness of new and existing clients. Allocation of payments. Other additional Ad-hoc duties.
