I am currently recruiting for an internet B2C business in London. They are seeking to rapidly scale over the next 18 months with a view to an exit/IPO. They have reached the £100m turnover bracket since inception and intend to carry on their growth through strategic acquisitions in this period. Joining as CFO you will be responsible for: - Preparing the business for sale - Working with the CEO on potential acquisitions - Managing the relationships with the existing investor base - Taking the lead alongside the CEO and management on the sales process - Overseeing an established finance function based in the UK You shall be; - An experienced CFO who has worked for a fast growth business - You will have experience of taking a business through an exit - You shall have excellent communication and presentation skills This role is paying Circa £140,000 to £155,000 Equity To find out more please apply.
