A family run Bristol business is looking for a Senior Finance Assistant to join their lively team. This is a varied position, reporting directly into the Finance Manager, with an opportunity to take on extra responsibility within your role. You will be processing large volumes of invoices; with a new automated system being introduced in the near future. It is crucial you have payroll experience to be successful. Alongside invoicing, you will be spending one day a week processing the various company payrolls. The office is busy and will suit someone who is decisive and confident in their working. There will be some administrative tasks in your role; whether it is general office duties, or adhoc responsibilities, there will be other work to get your teeth stuck into, aside from the Purchase Ledger work. You will be liaising with a variety of stakeholders across the business and so you must be a clear and concise communicator. On offer is flexibility around working hours, a detailed handover and full training around internal process.
