Our client are looking for someone who has experience in processing high volume purchase invoices up to 250 per week.

Our client are looking to recruit someone initially on a 3 month basis with the view to become permanent after this initial probation.
The role is based in the City of London near Tottenham Court Road, and is to start next week!
The company are rapidly growing meaning they are looking for someone willing to take on a challenge and work with high volumes.
Description
This role, High Volume Accounts Payable Specialist (Temporary), involves:
- Processing high volumes of payables invoices - up to 250 per week
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Investigating for missing purchase order numbers
- Applying the correct VAT code to invoices
- Processing expenses
- Working closely with site managers to monitor stock levels
- Working with multiple sites to process multi-site invoices
- Cash allocation
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Working on Netsuite and Excel
- Temporary to permanent role
- Paid hourly for 3 months
- Start next week
- Candidates must be immediately available or on 1 weeks notice maximum
- Interview on Tuesday or Wednesday
- Accountancy focused
Profile
The candidate we are looking for, High Volume Accounts Payable Specialist (Temporary), must:
1. Have experience processing a high volume of payables invoice, up to 250 per week
2. Be happy with a 3 month temporary role with the view for it to become permanent
3. Be immediately available or on 1 weeks notice
