Your new role
This is a Finance Manager job where you will be leading a team of finance professionals in a high volume, operational environment with a focus on process improvement.
Areas covered by this department include purchase ledger and sales ledger, customer invoicing, debt management, supplier management, expenses, Treasury and funding.
You will be responsible for managing and leading the Accounts Payable and Cash Operations team and will will be involved identifying and implementing process improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
Process and people management skills gained in a finance operations team
Ability to lead and develop people and finance process
Understanding of the wider finance function, accounting principles and risk management
