Management Accountant

A world renowned talent agency based near Tottenham Court Road is looking for an progressive Management Accountant to join their team.

Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be the Management Accountant in a team of 7. Your key duties will include producing full sets of monthly management accounts, preparation of monthly departmental profit and loss reports, business partnering with other departments, process improvement, reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts, preparation of detailed financial analysis including commentary for senior management.

On top of all this, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the finance department, mentoring and supervising the more junior members of team. You will also liaise with key stakeholders from all areas of the business including suppliers, customers and board members.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a motivated, driven and determined self starter who is at the Finalist level of their studies. You will have experience producing full sets of management accounts, as well as confidence in liaising with stakeholders from many different backgrounds. You will also be an approachable team player who is confident in communicating and has a willingness to learn and progress.
