Your new company
A reputable media company based just a couple of minutes walk from Oxford Circus are seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join their team.

Your new role
You will play a key role in the finance team, being the sole charge Accounts Payable Assistant. Your key duties will include processing a high volume of invoices in multiple currencies, bank reconciliations, supplier statement reconciliations, providing cash flow reports, maintaining petty cash and processing staff expenses. The longer you are in the role, you will also become more involved in the month end process and gain more exposure to management accounts.

What you'll need to succeed
Whilst at least 6 months experience in a similar role is desirable, the client will also consider fresh graduates, however only if you have a fantastic academic background. All in all, the successful applicant will be a switched on, driven and determined team player who loves getting involved in various aspects of the business in order to help the team. You will also need to have strong organisational and time management skills and have excellent Excel skills. Experience dealing with multiple currencies is desirable.
