Your new role
Your new role has the purpose of supporting the fee earning departments through providing effective billing and work in progress (WIP) management service to the firm.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist to deliver a smooth and timely operation of billing process within departments
• Creating, processing, amending and dispatching system generated bills in line with firm policies
• Reviewing draft bills and liaising with fee earners on any changes required
• Assisting partners and fee earners with preparing their bills by producing timely and accurate WIP reports; identifying matters to be billed and creating proformas

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will have previous experience working within a law firm and have previous billing knowledge.
In addition to this, you will be well organised with a methodical approach and have the ability to prioritise and good communication skills.
