Our client - a very well known and growing Services business based in Glasgow - are looking for an interim Financial Modeller for an initial 6 month period.

Description
The role will primarily be focused on the development of forecasting models.
- Development and maintenance of the existing suite of forecasting models
- Development and creation of new forecasting models. As part of this you will be expected to:
- Undertake complex analysis, speak to stakeholders to asses their requirements, gather large volumes of data, complete process mapping, create new models and be involved in rolling these out across the business
- Other ad hoc analysis and creation of models, as determined by the line manager
Profile
The successful candidate will have advanced Excel skills, proven experience creating models of various sizes as well as experience using Microsoft Access. If the candidate has knowledge of SQL and/or VBA this would be advantageous but not essential
