This a a fantastic career opportunity to become the Chief Financial Officer of an entrepreneurial UK SME that's part of an international Group. You will be responsible for overseeing the Finance function, guiding the company through commercial decision making, and supporting new market penetration

Our Client is a UK SME that's part of an International Group. The UK business is around £50m turnover, with double digit growth over the last 3 years. The site in the UK has a full scale, modern manufacturing facility that supplies the UK and oversees markets.
Description
As the Chief Financial Officer, based in South Wales, you will be part of the Senior UK Leadership Board, responsible for driving the overall commercial strategy of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the Finance function with overall responsibility for the Statutory and Management Reporting
- Driving commercial decision making processes and guiding the business through it's ongoing growth objectives
- Finance Business Partnering with the Heads of Manufacturing, Logistics, IT, and Commercial
- External stakeholder management - Banking and Commercial.
- Manage business change as it looks to grow in all areas, managing business impact and maximising profitable growth.
Profile
The successful candidate will be Professionally Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), already an inspirational leader, and possess experience of working within a growing organisation.
In addition you will be:
- Highly Analytical, with a strategic mindset.
- Commercially astute, with experience of assessing new markets, and customer negotiations
- Strong communicator, with the ability to drive change and gain buy in from all levels.
- Experience of both UK and International Markets
