My client is a very established SME who is currently looking for a candidate to start a temporary to permanent job role in their finance team as soon as possible.The role will be Monday - Friday every mornings which can be flexible around school hours.
Your new role
The main duties of the position are to assist the Finance Manager with administration duties in the fiance team including:
Analysis of time sheets against actual clocked times
Administration of the time and attendance system
Ensuring all starters and leavers are kept up to date on the system
Manage holiday queries and other absence records
Creating reports for management
What you'll need to succeed
You will need prior experience within a finance department or in a administration role with elements of finance.
