Invoicing Clerk (12 month contract) - London Law Firm - Supporting the finance team with junior duties


Your new company
An Accounts Assistant job meaning that you will be working on a 12 month fixed term contract for a London leading law firm. You will be hired on the team as an Invoicing Clerk, supporting the finance team with junior transactional duties.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have some experience within finance in an AP or Accounts role where you have been involved in invoicing. Ideally you will have excellent numeracy and MS Excel skills and previous experience within professional services (legal desirable but not essential). You will be someone who picks things up very quickly and is able to work well with minimal supervision.

You will be responsible for :

  • Enter invoices and credit notes on to the accounting system
  • Send out invoices to clients or fee earners as required
  • Handle internal billing queries professionally and diligently
