Assistant Management Accountant - £30,000 - £35,000 - Property Company - Oxford Circus

This role will be working within a large commercial and residential property business based near Oxford Circus station. This role will be working within open-plan and friendly offices, within a team of 11 in finance.

Your new role

You will be working within a large team in finance in an open-plan and lively office near Oxford Circus station, reporting to the Head of Finance. The role is looking for someone who is currently studying towards their ACCA/CIMA exams who is keen to learn and develop in their new role. Candidates must have previous experience using the system Sage and experience within the property sector is desirable.

What you'll need to succeed

The key skills needed for this role are as follows:

• Accounts Payable and Receivable duties
• Bank reconciliations
• Month end duties - accruals, journals and prepayments
• Production of the P&Ls and balance sheets
• Supplier statements and queries
• Assisting with the monthly management accounts package
• VAT returns
• Cash flow forecasting
• Systems used: Sage 50

What you'll get in return

This role will offer between £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience and will offer study support towards ACCA/CIMA qualifications.
