Your new company
This high end art gallery specialising in modern art are located in London, Hong Kong and New York. They hold exhibitions every 6 weeks and also have a secondary market where the art is re-sold at values of up to £1million per piece. The head office is based in a modern office space located near Green Park station in the vibrant West End comprising of 2 members of staff in finance.


Your new role
This is a 9-12 month contract where you will be covering a maternity leave. You will be reporting into the Qualified Finance Director who is very organised and available to answer any queries you might have. You will be responsible for the transactional duties across AP/AR:

• Processing up to 200 invoices per month
• Dealing with high value invoices ranging between £100- £1million so attention to detail is key
• Raising a low volume invoices at high values
• Liaising with offices overseas
• Exposure to multi-currency invoices
• Using Sage 50 software
• Dealing with supplier queries

What you'll need to succeed
There is room to learn in this role so experience with the accounts receivable side of accounts is not essential. However, you must have had some exposure to Sage in the past and have 1 years' experience with purchase ledger invoices. The ideal person will be professional but friendly with good social and communication skills. An interest in some form of arts (e.g; music/photography/paintings) would be useful for this role but is not essential!
