Assistant Financial Accountant

Exciting temporary to permanent opportunity working for an events company in Victoria SW1 London

Your new company
This is an international events business with a modern, open plan office based in Victoria, London. You will be sat within the small finance team of 4.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the purchase ledger and your tasks will include; processing invoices, matching, batching and coding, assisting with payment runs, liaising with suppliers and resolving queries. You will also be responsible for credit control and happy with chasing debt over the phone. After the first year, you will then be responsible for the sales ledger.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have experience of working within a finance team and be keen to study ACCA.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will get a supportive line manager who is keen to train and develop their staff. Additionally, you will be given study support towards ACCA once you become a permanent member of the team and have passed probation.
