Financial Accountant 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Paying £35,000 In Derbyshire

Your new company
A retail FMCG organisation in Derby are looking to recruit a Financial Accountant on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. You will be reporting into the financial reporting manager and work closely with the financial controller as well as the rest of the finance department and external auditors.



Your new role

• Year-end statutory accounts
• Half yearly consolidated sub-group accounts
• Quarterly investor reports
• Liaising with external auditors
• Annual corporation tax computations
• Maintaining the integrity of inter company transactions and cost recharging
• Any other ad hoc work as required in order to support the team

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Accountant with experience in a similar role (a strong almost qualified professional will be considered)
• A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is desirable but not required
• Able to communicate with all levels of the organisation
• Well organised, structured and able to plan effectively

What you'll get in return

• Salary of £30,000 - £35,000
