(Graduate) Associate Internal Auditor

Kohler Internal Audit provides independent and objective assurance, advice and insight.  Our experienced risk and control professionals work with the business to find the solutions, not just the problems.  The analysis and ideas we offer enable management to drive positive change throughout Kohler Co.

Love travel?  We travel across EMEA 25% of the time, enjoying locations in places such as Italy, France, Spain, Morocco and the Middle East.  You’ll be part of a global team with colleagues based in the UK, Shanghai, Singapore, and the USA.  You can request two audits a year in other regions.

Love learning?  This is a training role.  We have a great track record developing great business leaders in Internal Audit.  We support business qualifications including CIMA, CIA, CISA, ACCA and many other relevant qualifications.  We are committed to learning - we meet twice a year to develop and grow individually and as a team, all over the world! Our last training was in the US and Singapore!

Love progression? Our trainees have pursued successful careers across the Kohler businesses, in finance, operational roles, and of course in Internal Audit. The great thing about Internal Audit is you get to see all the operations, management and processes across the business.

Love the big picture? Kohler’s diverse businesses will show you the big picture and expose you to senior management early on in your career, while the Internal Audit training
will give you the detailed knowledge and understanding to help management take risk-based decisions.
