Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily downloading of bank statements.
- Timely and accurate allocation of receipts received.
- Reconciling daily accounts.
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Carrying out the full bank to system reconciliation.
- Reconciling card payments and direct debit amounts received from clients.
- Processing of customer refunds and ledger adjustments.
- Working closely with the credit control team.
- To assist in responding to the telephone and email enquiries daily.
- To assist in inputting cost invoices into Sage.
- Assist with the managing payment terms with suppliers.
- Assist with supplier statement reconciliation.
- Ensuring correct VAT treatment has been applied.
- Month;y reconciliations of suppliers.
- Update the customer and supplier ledgers as and when required.
Profile
Successful Candidate:
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
