Due to continued growth within the business an opportunity has arisen for a credit controller to join a busy and expanding finance team where you will assist with reducing the outstanding company debt while at the same time offering a high level of service to their clients.

Description

As a credit control team leader you will be reporting into the group credit manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Chasing outstanding company debt via telephone
  • Handling the sales ledger for the larger accounts
  • Oversee the work of 3 credit controllers
  • Motivate and drive the team to hit individual and team KPI`s
  • Building client relationships
  • Resolving any account or invoicing queries
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Ensuring the sales ledger is well maintained

Profile

For this position the best suited credit control candidate will have the following experience:

  • Previous experience of a senior position or managing a team within a credit control environment - Essential
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Essential
  • Ability to piroitse workload - Essential
  • Account management experience - Essential
  • Experience of hitting company targets - Essential
  • Ability to motivate staff to ensure KPI`s are hit -Essential
  • Can work well under pressure - Essential

Job Offer

On offer for the right candidate is a annual salary between £23,000 - £25,000 + bonus + car parking + pension
