A High growth technology client that has an aggressive growth strategy for the next 5 years are searching for a finance manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone qualified to progress into this management accounting position.

Client Details

Based in Slough, our client are an expanding organisation due to excellent business performance. the forward thinking, proactive company have a great track record for internal promotion, especially within the finance department. Due to the recent success of the business and internal promotions, our client are seeking a qualified finance manager.

Description

You will be managing the UK function of the business and will ensure month end is completed on time, invoicing customers and managing the outstanding receivables, balance sheet and bank reconciliations and get involved with ad-hoc projects. You will also be a key part of the system improvement team to ensure systems and procedures are improved continuously.

Profile

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with the aspirations to progress throughout the organisation. You will have experience within management accounts and be comfortable managing a teams. You will also be a hands on finance manager rather than purely overseeing the finance function.
