Accounts Assistant

Your new company
A reputable advertising agency based just a two minute walk from Great Portland Street station are looking for a fantastic junior Accounts Assistant to join their team.

Your new role
Reporting to the Management Accountant, you will be a key member of the team, responsible for the companies accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as well as having some exposure to the month end cycle. Your role will consist of a range of key responsibilities including processing and raising a high volume of high value invoices in multiple currencies, reconciling supplier statements, analysing the aged creditor report, providing cash flow reports and closing off the sales and purchase ledgers at month end. Amongst these duties, and a range of other key duties, you will provide vital assistant to the Management Accountant in their day to day tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a highly personable, confident, driven and determined individual with fantastic written and verbal communication skills. You must have at least one years experience in an accounting role.
