Credit Control / Operations Manager - Central Cardiff £30,000 - £35,000 + Performance Related Bonus

Hays are pleased to be working exclusively with this exciting new Credit Management Consultancy based in central Cardiff. The company, although still gathering steam, has already added some large global corporations to its client base and expects to expand rapidly over the next couple of years.

Your new role
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Credit Control and Operations Manager to join the company in its infancy. You will be required to oversee an on-site team of five people initially as well as a number of remote workers. You will assist with training in Credit Control, putting processes into place, overseeing any litigation requirements and deal with the day to day running of the operation. The company is expected to expand over the next couple of years and you will be instrumental in supporting the growth of the team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience of managing a team, certainly within Credit Control but also from an Operations perspective. You will be supportive not only of the Directors and their vision for the company but also of the team that you will oversee, encouraging their growth and development within the business. Previous experience of dealing with escalation of aged debt and the litigation process would be highly advantageous to your application.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience. You will receive regular performance related bonus' based on the overall performance of the team. Due to the location of the companies clients there will also be the opportunity to travel within Europe.
