A fully qualified or QBE finance professional is required for a permanent role in Banbury.
Your new company
My client has been successfully established in Banbury for almost forty years and has provided services and treatments to thousands of people from across the region during this time. They have over 50 consultants, all of whom are leaders in their specialist fields and choose to hold their private practices there, working alongside their friendly, highly qualified and experienced nursing and support teams.
Your new role
Responsible for the day to day processing of debtors, creditors and cash transactions, through overseeing and leading the business office team.
Deliver timely and accurate management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, including month end deadlines. Production of accurate and timely information to various medical contractual bodies on monthly activity.
Ensure tax, pension and payroll compliance.
Ownership of the Company's Internal Control Processes, accounts recording and administration of the Compucare accounts software.
Assisting with the preparation of the statutory accounts.
Prepare ad hoc financial reports at the request of management.
Support Heads of Department to drive financial performance.
What you'll need to succeed
Financial experience in the medical sector desirable.
Qualified Accountant preferable (ACCA or other).
Minimum 5 years experience required.
Strong IT skills, in excel and Compucare desirable.
Good communication skills.
Reliable and works in a timely and efficient manner.
Happy to get involved and help out wherever necessary.
